Stay Connected Through the Patient Portal
Our Patient Portal is a secure and convenient way to stay connected with your care. You can access important health information, send non-urgent messages, view test results, request prescription refills, and keep track of appointments from your computer or mobile device.
Patients with an active portal account can also download the athenaPatient app for easier access on a smartphone. Simply log in with the same email address and password you use for the online Patient Portal.
The portal is a helpful tool for communication and health information access, but it should not be used for emergencies or urgent medical concerns.
